Shipping Policy

Our shipping and postal procedures.  The company will offer free shipping Domestically. For International

delivery we do charge a small postal fee to ship. The products are calculated by weight, and will be shown upon check out. We do offer the opportunity to pick up the purchase in person!

Please notify us of the intention of picking up your purchase. Please wait for a notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.


Customers can receive a telephone or Email confirmation when they can pick up the order.


Return & Exchange Policy

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information about our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new unused condition. No damages, scratches, or use of property, the purchased item the customer received must be returned in its original form.


To return an item, please email customer service at all purchases will include a return statement. Please fill out the return statement prior to return shipping, place the statement inside the purchase package, and mail your purchase to the following

Please note, The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The product will be refunded only for the purchased item. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.


After we receive your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take up to 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when the return has been processed.
